Gymnastics

Ok, so Mommy is not into gymnastics for boys but Daddy is still on nights and we really needed to get out of the house. MOPS was having a playgroup at the gymnastics place and since Mommy told me Aunt Lola was the state champion a few years ago we decided to go. I really was not into it at first but then I realized I got to do lots of fun stuff, and there were other boys there too. Running across the blow up thing. This was cool because we were all sitting on the blue part and when they turned on the blower it lifted us up, Mommies and kids. Then we got to run across it and it was like a bouncy house. Doing my pull-ups.

Going through the tunnel.
Watch this, I got to jump from way up high.
Now I am in the pit, Aunt Lola I know you will be jealous of this. Just chillin'.
Running on the trampoline.
Mommy really wanted to get a picture of me on the balance beam since that was Aunt Lola's favorite event but it was hard since Mommy was holding my hand.

A Little Under the Weather

I have been a little under the weather the past few days running a fever. Last night while watching Oscar and Cookie Monster I fell asleep on the couch. Notice I still have the remote in case Mommy wanted to watch anything else.

Pet for the Day

Saturday we found a turtle and kept it for the day. Here Daddy is putting it in the box.

I wouldn't touch the turtle because Mommy told me they had germs.
Here we go out into the woods to release him.

More Time at the Park

We went to the park again this week. Here are some pictures of our day. Going down the slide.
Hey Mommy!
Riding my Tractor again.
I thought this was really funny, saying "boo" to Mommy.
Look at me.
Doing my "cheese."
Playtime at the park can wear a boy out!

Babysitting "My" Karis

Technically Mommy did the babysitting but I really wanted to help, for about an hour anyways. Mommy was babysitting our friend Karis while her Mommy worked on a Habitat house. I love Karis and I call her "My" Karis. We had good fun for an hour and then I didn't want to share any toys with her. I even climbed into the exersaucer that I haven't been in for months. Yet when it was time for her to leave, I cried because I didn't want her to go.

Here I am trying to unbuckle her carseat. Karis and me just hanging out. (I do like making eyes at the pretty girls.)
I am reading her a book.

I am showing her the proper way to hold your "Paci Night" and "Blankie Night." Showing her my current favorite show, Barney. Yes, the purple dinosaur has invaded our house.

A trip to the Park

We are little behind on our posting as we have been trying to stay out of the house. (Daddy is on three weeks of Night Float and I don't understand that he needs to sleep. I mean weren't Daddies made to play.) Anyway, Friday we went on a playdate with several MOPS groups to one of the parks.

I am riding the tractor. Here I am swinging with Hayden (aka baby to me.)

Wheee, this is fun.

Daddy's Birthday Present (3 months early)

Mommy found a deal on Daddy's birthday present and figured she would go ahead and give it to him. So this means I got an early birthday present too, a Bob the Builder bike helmet. I love wearing Daddy's helmet around the house and now mine is cooler because Bob is on it.
This is Daddy's present, a bike carrier for me. He has already rode the bike more last weekend since he got this than in the past two years he has had the bike. I like it because we get to have guy time together.

I love Cookie Dough!

Daddy blamed Mommy for this one but honestly I came to this conclusion on my own. Mommy loves cookie dough but wouldn't eat it around me because she didn't want Daddy saying it was bad for me. Well, I do love to make chocolate chip cookies and I realized that instead of waiting for them to cook they are yummy just in dough form.

These are part of my one of my birthday presents because Mommy had to give it to me since it went along with Daddy's early birthday present as well. Pictures to come. Mommy thought it was funny that I put the knee pads on my feet like shoes.

Hot Air Balloon Festival

Well, it was a bust. It pretty much was yucky all weekend but Saturday afternoon it looked like it was clearing up. We headed up to Callaway for the Hot Air Balloon Festival but as you can tell a storm came in so they couldn't go up. So here is the field they were supposed to launch from. This is the close as we got to seeing one go up. Someone got out the basket to display it.
We did have fun waiting to see if they were going to go up. Here are Daddy and me.
Crawling on the ground.
So are they going to get this show on the road or what?
Mommy is tickling me.

I ran off so Mommy had to go after me. Now Daddy and I are going fast, fast. Daddy caught me this time.

It's Gameday . . .

and I am confused. I love my Go Go Vols as you can tell from my shirt. But Daddy says the UCF Golden Knights are our team, as you can tell from my hat. Then Grammy and Grandad put their plug in for the FSU Seminoles, as you can see from my shoes. I have a feeling these gamedays are going to cause me to have an identity complex.
