More Snow Pictures

Here are some more pictures of John in the snow from Wednesday. We took advantage of Clara's nap to go outside and play in the snow and throw snowballs. John also became a superhero and ran around. It was a fun afternoon!
We also built another snowman (or snowblob!) He had twizzler smile, sucker nose, and jawbreaker eyes which melted in the snow. It was pretty funny.

Movie Night at Church

Tonight our church had a Veggie Tales Movie Party. We had pizza, watched the new Veggie Tale movie Abe and the Amazing Promise, had popcorn, and got goodie bags. It was a fun night! John made himself right at home in the youth lounge by stretching out on the couch.

Our "Snow"

Last Monday we had a little bit of snow. Ok, there were some flurries but John got so excited and we had to run outside to see it. I really hope we get at least some snow this year so John can enjoy playing in it.

New Link

I read several blogs and came across this precious family on several other people's blogs. I especially love finding other members of the body of Christ. The Stamps family had a baby girl 8 days ago and she had trouble breathing right away. You can go to the link on side of the page and read about her progress. Please pray for their little girl Harper to be strong and be able to go home with her Mommy and Daddy soon.

Power Ranger Family

John thought it would be nice if Clara and I became Power Rangers for the day too. Here is Clara in her toboggan that made her a Power Ranger. Oh, she needed goggles too. She didn't like those.

My Eight Month Beauty

Clara was eight months on Thursday so we had to do our monthly photo shoot. She was sick so wasn't the most cooperative but I still got some cute shots.

Around the House

It has been cold here so we have been spending lots of time inside. Clara has had a runny nose so I haven't wanted her out in the cold too much.

Here is John and his sister watching some morning TV. John always asks for his sister to sit beside him. He has also become so good at sharing. He is always bringing her toys when he is playing. He really is a great big brother. He also had to make sure she was covered up because it is cold.

The other day she had this patch of hair sticking up. So into a bow it went. Can't wait until we can put bows in it all the time.

John's Interests

All day, everyday, John is changing costumes. He goes from one to the other all day. He also adds his own accessories. Here he is as a red power ranger with his addition of goggles, tobaggon, and cowboy boots. He also becomes a pirate, Buzz Lightyear, cowboy, firefighter, and a doctor throughout the day. He also lets me know Power Rangers climb and Buzz flies.
