Dance Camp

Clara went to dance camp last week and LOVED it!! With their friends Emma and Hannah. Emma went to camp with Clara bue Hannah was too young.

Bag Lady

I seriously hope this is not a sign of things to come. Clara loves her little shopping cart and piles it high of everything and then walks around with it. Well, lately she walks up and down our street while I sit on the porch. The other day the new neighbors came out and just saw her two houses down and I know were wondering who is this little girl and where are her parents because they didn't see me on the porch. She normally goes to the house to the right and left of us and turns around. She is good about staying where she is allowed to walk.

Chick-fil-a Night

Got to love some free chick-fil-a when you are dressed like a cow. The kids loved putting on their cow shirts and heading to chick-fil-a for dinner. Mommy loved the free food!!

Athens' Fireworks

Another 4th tradition is a cookout with the Burkeys, Smiths, and Lingerfelts. Then we head over to watch the fireworks.

Independence Day at Uncle Chris and Aunt Laura's

Our annual 4th of July day was spent at the Armstrongs. I have only been going there since I was 16 years old and long before Burt was in my life. (As today we celebrate 10 years of marriage.) Brandi and I first ventured to Ryan's house in high school when we were all just friends. A few short years later B and R are dating, then married, I meet Burt at the wedding and the rest is history.

Pooltime at Aunt Marian and Uncle John's

We spent one afternoon at my Aunt Marian and Uncle John's house in the pool. It was fun to catch up with my cousin Heather and her family.

John just chilling. Dawson, who is John's twin, haha! The boys have decided they are twins because they like all the same things - tacos, hotdogs, green tea, baseball, swimming, and I don't remember what else they came up with.
