Sword Fighters

I guess Clara has learned from her brother about sword fights. She now just grabs a sword, starts making the motions, and the appropriate noises that one needs to make when having a sword fight What makes it even better is that brother and sister can now have their own little sword fights (as long as no one is getting hurt.)

This is a many, many times of day occurence. She climbs on the table and just laughs. She also will dance up there and I hope that is not a preview things to come!

Dress-up

John was getting into costume and Clara thought she would tickle him through the hole. John put on the Darth Vader costume and Clara went and picked out the Darth Vader doll out of the toy box. I was so impressed with her!!

John keeps telling me DV is a good guy because he takes off his helmet and talks to Luke, you know when he is dying. Oh, that boy!

I Love These Kids!!

I don't know if I have laughed louder with these two. They are so sweet together! John put on his GI Joe costume and was telling Clara and I what we needed to do. So I thought Clara should play the part. I put John's Army costume on her and they started playing! John told her to roll! Silly thing does whatever her big brother says (and copies what he does too.)

I love her looking up at her brother! She really does love him and he really loves her too! What a blessing these two are in our life!

20 Months Old

Here are some of the shots I took of Clara on the 15th, her monthly photo shoot.

I am actually proud of this shot because I got the book where it says Clara in it. Santa found this book about a girl named Clara and her imaginary play animal friends for Christmas. Look how long her hair is getting!

I Guess She Knew She was Cute

Clara getting ready for school just walked up and posed saying Cheese! I ran and got the camera! I guess she thought she was cute and needed her picture made. She is a funny girl!

Caleb's Birthday Party

Last Sunday we went to our friend Caleb's 4th birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. John had a blast of course. Burt stayed at home and watched Clara so it was nice to only have to worry about chasing after one wild child that night!

Snow!

Last week we were supposed to get this crazy amount of snow. Well, we maybe got a half-inch! The kids didn't care and had fun in it so that is all that matters.
