Ballet Magnificat!

I took Clara to Ballet Magnificat! with my friend Di and her two girls. It is a Christian professional ballet company based out of Jackson, Mississippi. There are two touring groups and we saw Alpha. We have a friend who tours with Omega and we hope to see her perform one day.

Veteran's Day

On Veteran's Day the Currahee Memorial was rededicated with the names of most recent fallen in Afghanistan.

We had a Currahee Memorial Dinner the night before Veteran's Day.

Two of Clara's friends had a birthday party at a local gymnastics place and Clara loved it.

Clara had her first gymnastics class at the beginning of November.

Trick or Treat

Indiana Jones and Snow White were ready to go trick-or-treating.

Notice John turning his head not to notice the Gator shirt our neighbor was wearing. (I don't know what the deal is with us always living by Gators! Seriously! One moves out and another moves in.)

Clara and her pal Winnie, or as Clara calls her Charley. Both Benning born girls within 5 months of each other.

Trick or treating around the neighborhood

Then home to head out candy of our own. We trick-or-treated about an hour and the time we got home only one light on our street was still on because everyone had run out of candy. Our neighborhood gets slammed on Halloween.

We went to Trunk or Treat at First Baptist and the kids had a great time.
