More Sugar Cookies

Aunt Lola and Morgan decorated sugar cookies one night so of course John and Clara could not be left out.

Our Nativity Story

One of our favorite 25 days of Christmas is when we re-enact the nativity story. John has been asking if this is one of our days since day 1. It worked at well to do at Mimmie and Popsy's house because we had lot of participants (I won't say all willing.) Then John invited Aunt Dianne, Cody and Michael over as well so we had a full cast. Here Clara is at Mary and her baby Jesus. Cody was Joseph and his Mary.

John was excited to be a shepherd because he found staffs earlier in the day when we got done wrapping presents.

Our cast - well, Rylan didn't pose for the picture. Aunt Dianne was the angel, Morgan was the donkey, Popsy and I were wise men, and Mimmie read from the Bible.

I got this picture from our neighbor. He ran into Burt over in A'stan. I don't know the story but thought it was great.

Cookies at Grandma's

We got to east Tennessee and went straight to Grandma and Grandpa's house to make cookies and Christmas sweets with everyone.

Christmas Crafts

One of John's favorite activities during our 25 days of Christmas is Christmas crafts. He always gets excited on those days. Here the kids are making Christmas frames.

Spiderman was at the PX the other day so we had to go and get John's picture with him.

Nativity Set

Clara enjoyed playing with our little people nativity set this year, actually John did as well. I love that Santa brought it to them last year.

Live Nativity

We had so much friend with friends driving through the live nativity at a local church. Nothing like 14 people piled into the back of a truck.

Clara's class sang Happy Birthday Jesus and Little Baby Jesus born so long ago. They also recited Matthew 2:1 Jesus was born. So precious!! My sweet girl making Jesus a birthday card.
