Five Months Old

Since there is only 28 days in February, we took February 28th to be Anna's 5 month date. She is simply a precious gift in our lives. She is normally happy, unless she is hungry or tired. She is a thumb sucker. She is a bit lazy as someone is normally holding her. She doesn't want to roll over, do tummy time, or put weight on her legs. Anytime I try to lay her down on the ground her sister will pick her up so we have a hard time developing milestones. I think she will fully sit up first. She has rolled from her back to her side and her side to her front but not continuously. She squeals with delight all the time and her dad says she talks with the dolphins. We love you precious girl!!

Ballet Magnificat!

We loved watching the ballet. Ballet Magnificat! performed The Hiding Place. It was incredible but a bit intense for small ones. We did have to explain some things to the kids but were so glad we took them with us.

Ballerina Princess Party

Last week Ballet Magnificat! toured through here. They are a Christian professional ballet company. Our friend Jade is a member of the touring company so we were on board for everything. We had two of the girls stay with us and on Tuesday they had a ballerina princess party to raise money for their international tour. Clara was in heaven all week with her ballerinas.

 They told the girls about how they are princesses because they are daughters of God, our king. Here they are imagining that God is at the far end of the room and bowing before him. Too precious!!

My sweet boy and I went to the Mother/Son Ball. It was a fun night spent with my precious son.
