Grandparents' Day

Grammy and Grandad came up for grandparents' day at Clara's school. She was so excited to show them her school and perform for them.

Pinewood Derby

John has been talking about pinewood derby forever. He just knew he was going to win and I have to say he did quite well. He got 2nd in his den and 4th in the pack.

Sisters

Clara has been climbing into Anna's bed when I am on the treadmill, when Anna is supposed to be sleeping. I am not sure if Clara is waking Anna up or Anna is waking up on her own.

Four Months

This sweetie provided plenty of pictures on January 30 when she was four months.

 

I finally woke her up at 11:45 on that day. She had eaten at about 6:30 and then went to sleep in our bed after eating. Sleepy head!

Cub Scouts

John's den was in charge of the colors for the pack meeting in January.

 John was one of the speakers for the colors.

 He also received a patch for popcorn sales.

Hockey

We were able to score free tickets for military appreciation night for the Columbus Cottonmouths' hockey team. Before the game, they had a game between Fort Benning and Fort Bragg as well. It wasn't the Predators but we still had fun.

 The kids were able to go out on the ice and collect these plastic pucks that the fans through on the ice.

Who Needs Snow?

The kids in the neighborhood have taken to using their sleds, snowboards, etc. on the hills without any snow. They have had a blast entertaining themselves in unusual ways.

John's 100th Day of School

John's class to celebrate the 100th day of school dressed as 100 year old people.

 He said that the half tucked in shirt was part of the look.
