Lunch with Aunt Lola

We stopped in Knoxville on the way back from east Tennessee to have lunch with Aunt Lola. We only got to see her for a short while because she is taking Organic Chemistry this summer and had a test on Monday morning (and every Monday for that matter.) We were glad we were driving back through on one of her short days (she has class everyday, ugh!) We love you Aunt Lola!

Time with the Uncles

John loves hanging out with his uncles. He normally calls them by their names but has lately been calling them "uncles" referring to both Rylan and Jace. We are quite amazed at his ability to tell R and J apart. He has been able to since he has been able to say their names. We think that is good since my grandma still can't tell them apart.

Tool Time with Popsy

John and Popsy spent some tool time together. (Don't you love John's outfit of Spiderman Underoos shirt and orange swimming trunks? He tells me he doesn't like nice clothes, he likes mean clothes.)

Clara loves the running water. She tries to get in the shower with me sometimes (yet she doesn't like the sprinkler.) I thought these were cute of her playing in the water.

Day 2 Swimming at Papaw and Nana's

Clara enjoyed some pool time at Papaw and Nana's house as well. She liked the water as long as you were holding her. We haven't had much luck so far in her liking her little pool or the sprinklers. Papaw had her in the pool on Saturday but I wasn't there to take pictures. Nana and Mommy both had her in the pool on Sunday. (Nana, we do have some pictures of you but we said we wouldn't put them on here. Maybe facebook? ha!) Look at her posing with her little leg up.

You talk about tractor heaven for John. Papaw let him drive the tractor while we were in east Tennessee. He thought he was some big stuff!!

James and Amber's Wedding

This past weekend I went home to see Amber and James get married. I have known Amber since she was just a little girl and have watched her grow into a beautiful young woman. She was such a beautiful bride! About to get some cake -

Tractor Time

One of John's favorite activities is driving his tractor. He will do it all day long. His new thing is he likes to drive his sister around too. He always asks if she can ride with him. It isn't exactly built for two but we make it work. Are these two not the cutest? He surely loves his sister.Just taking a little drive.

Splash Time

Yesterday we spent some over at our neighbors playing with their new spin 'n slide and sprinkler ball. The boys had a blast.
