Patterson Place Pumpkin Farm

Yesterday we took our annual visit to the Pumpkin Patch. Although this time we were in a different state and it was much more of an experience being on a farm. There wasn't a pumpkin patch to actually go through but we had a great time. We went with our new MOPS group.

Trying to get a picture on the hayride, as you can tell it wasn't very successful. They had a little "zoo" at the farm. Here is a 500 lb. pig.

John picked out several pumpkins to take home with us. We ended up with 10 pumpkins.

I tried to get a good picture of the two of them, it just wasn't happening for me. Notice how they are looking in different directions.

Clara @ 5 Months Old

Today Clara is 5 months old. Wow, time is flying by! She is still being a great baby! She is easy going and deals with her brother screaming in her face, pinching her nose, holding her, and anything else he can come up with to play with her. She will crack up at him. She is cooing all the time. She has a number of nicknames, Daddy calls her CR and Milkball, I call her Clara Bell, John calls her casserole princess, not sure about that one. We went to the pumpkin patch today at a local farm so these are pictures from that. More to come from the pumpkin patch.

Organizational Day

A couple of weeks ago the hospital had an "Organizational Day." I was dreading going not knowing what to expect. It was actually a great day. There was a barbeque lunch, a dog show, exhibitions from the drug dogs, a jump house, and a lot of cool Army stuff.

After Chuck E. Cheese we came home and John got to open presents. That is always the favorite part of a 3-year-old's birthday.
