Happy Birthday Jesus Cake

The kids always love decorating our Happy Birthday Jesus cake and I have learned to just let them do their thing with it. Burt and I can barely stand to taste for all of the decorations on it but the kids think it is great. (Please ignore the disaster behind them in what is the playroom. We got home at 11 pm the night before and it was a whirlwind of a day on Christmas Eve to get everything unpacked, cooked for Christmas dinner, church, and finish wrapping presents.) Don't you love these tie-dyed flower children, ha!

Their masterpiece!

Clara's First Haircut

While we were in east Tennessee over the holidays, Clara got her first haircut by Carrie.

It was just a trim but it looks much better.
