Trip #1 to the Splash Park

Our summer has started with many trips to the splash park. Here is trip number 1 when I took John on a Mommy-Son date.

Burt's New (Old) Car

Well, the day has finally come that the ol' Stang has arrived. Burt's parents went to fixing Burt's first car before he graduated residency as a gift. Little did they know how long it would take to fix his old 1986 Mustang convertible. Here are John and Burt ready to take it out for a spin. John thinks it is a little too loud. See ya guys!

Picnic

Last week we went to take a picnic and headed out to two different places. We got eaten alive by mosquitos in a matter of placing our blanket down and setting out our food. We decided to just head home and have a picnic in our front yard.

Last Day of School

The kids had their last day of PDO on May 19 but I am just getting the pictures on here.

Just Like Aunt Lola

When Aunt Lola was little she loved jewelry, purses, and wearing everyone's shoes, well it seems like Clara is following in her footsteps. She loves escaping to Aunt Lola's room and rummaging through her closet. She did this one day and then comes walking down the hall in Aunt Lola's highheels. And mean ol' Aunt Lola trying to take them away!
